Alone was launched on Kickstarter. It's not yet published but Horrible Games put on some demos of the prototype at Essen. It's an asymmetric game but with a twist. Usually, such games involve teams of adventurers competing against a single player controlling an evil overlord. In Alone, there's just one adventurer/survivor (he's Alone, geddit?) but he is having to cope with multiple overlords, depending on the number of players.
I'll hope to post more details and a full review of the game when Alone is published. I must though give a shout out to the fantastic resin corridors. These were an optional extra on the Kickstarter but I suspect there will be a lot of games players wanting to press them into service as accessories in other games too. They look amazing!
